HOW DOES ENLIVEN DECIDE WHICH PARTNER TO SEND THE INQUIRY TO?
Enliven listens to the needs and concerns of the patient and will give the best options for the client to choose from. Besides western medicine, Enliven works with skilled teams in the realms of functional, ayurvedic, aesthetic and physio medicine. Alternatively, if you have a particular hospital or establishment in mind that we are partnered with, we can refer you to the top doctors there for your condition. Just let us know what you are looking for and we can find the best options for you.
HOW LONG DOES IT GENERALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE ONCE AN INQUIRY IS SENT TO THE ENLIVEN TEAM?
Enliven prides itself in it’s efficient and quick service. Once we are contacted (within working hours) we will have a team member on your case within the hour.
Doctor consults and information can take a few hours to 1-3 days depending on the complexity of the case, the availability of the doctor and how detailed and clear the clients information is.
WHAT DOES ENLIVEN DO TO HELP ONCE THE APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED FOR THE PATIENT?
Once the appointment is confirmed, Enliven will make sure your transport, accommodation, visa and any special requests are taken care of if needed. We are on call during your time here and if anything is needed are here to be of service.
WHAT IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONCERN BUT DON’T HAVE RECENT REPORTS FROM A DOCTOR?
In this case we can send all the information you have to the doctor and see their preliminary review. In some cases the information is enough and in other cases you may be called in for a consult first or asked to see a local doctor for certain tests beforehand.
WHAT IS THE STEP BY STEP PROCESS WITH ENLIVEN?
Our process varies from client to client but generally it is as follows:
1) Client contacts Enliven and details issues, sends any previous medical records and gives preference (if any) to type of treatment or hospital they prefer.
2) Enliven offers a list of hospital and doctor options for the client. Client chooses what they think will fit them best
3) An online consultation is made with the doctor. A treatment plan and costing are sent to the client.
4) Doctor and treatment is confirmed by the client. Enliven helps with travel, accommodation, visa arrangements and any other special needs.
5) Client visits doctor to get treatment and pays directly to the establishment.
