The Health Care facility and/or HCP are solely responsible for providing the price for any treatment and/or test(s) and/or related service(s) to the customer(s) and arranging the required treatment and/or test(s) and logistics (if any). Enliven has the following policy regarding patient information: After Enliven has passed on all the personal information you send to us to the medical facility. Enliven will delete your passport copy, medical records and all other information provided with the exception of your name, date of birth, and contact details, which will be kept in our records in order to be able to assist you for future appointments. If we receive your inquiry by 2pm, we will respond on the same day. If received after that, we will respond within the next day. If it is an urgent inquiry, kindly send a Whatsapp message to +66-95-665-6966 and we will respond as soon as possible.
