Nothing. Our service is absolutely free to you. We charge the healthcare providers to connect them with you, not the other way around.
I have an urgent health issue! How quickly can I get an appointment?
Usually the same day. We prioritise urgent cases and can get you the care that you need – quickly.
Do I need to already be in Bangkok to work with you?
No. Even if you are still in your home country, get in touch with us and we can start planning your trip.
Can you help me with getting to my appointments?
Yes, we will provide you with location information and also transport information. In really special cases, we can also book and send a car to pick you up for your doctor’s appointment.
I am looking for a treatment type that isn’t mentioned on your website. Can you still help me?
We will do our best! The list of treatments available in Thailand is so extensive, we couldn’t possibly mention them all here. Drop us a line and we’ll do our best to sort you out.
